Wellness is entering a new era, where health and well-being experiences go beyond spa treatments or relaxation and are designed as personalized journeys throughout the entire guest stay.

A massage treatment, fitness center, or healthy menu can add value to a guest’s stay, but these elements alone are not enough to create a truly distinctive wellness strategy. Today’s health-conscious travelers are looking for deeper, more personalized experiences built on a clear understanding of their individual needs.

This is the approach that Deedam Gaborit – Co-Founder and Managing Director of Biosync Wellness Lab – will share at HORECFEX VIETNAM 2026 during the session “Building a Comprehensive Wellness Infrastructure.”

More than two decades of experience in fitness, nutrition, and human performance optimization have shaped Deedam’s practical approach to wellness, both through her work with clients and her own background as a competitive fitness athlete. At Biosync, this experience is combined with data to develop personalized wellness and longevity programs.

Rather than offering individual wellness services in isolation, Biosync focuses on connecting multiple elements into one integrated journey – from needs assessment and program design to nutrition, recovery, and specialized wellness solutions. In recent years, Deedam has also explored approaches such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), red light therapy, and emerging practices in the longevity field.

For hotels and resorts, the key question is not simply which new wellness services should be added, but how the entire wellness experience can be connected and differentiated enough to become part of the brand’s positioning.

A thoughtfully designed ecosystem can help hospitality businesses expand the guest experience beyond accommodation, attract high-spending international travelers, and create additional revenue streams within the rapidly growing wellness tourism market.

Deedam Gaborit’s session will therefore be particularly relevant for hotels, resorts, spas, and wellness centers looking to move beyond the idea that simply having a spa means having a wellness offering. The next challenge for the market lies in connecting science, data, services, and experiences into a coherent system where guests can clearly recognize and experience the value.

Wellness in hospitality is gradually evolving from an additional amenity into a reason for travelers to choose a destination. How businesses build the infrastructure to support this shift will play a defining role in their future differentiation.
