HorecFex Vietnam 2025 is honored to welcome Mr. Hosen You Sof, Founder and Business Development Director at HalalTrip Vietnam, and Growth Director at Rovi Travel. With over 15 years of experience in the Southeast Asian hospitality industry, he has successfully led diverse business development teams, driving revenue growth from VND 10 billion to over VND 160 billion.
Mr. Hosen has held leadership positions at Expedia, FastBooking, DiHotel PMS, BedLinker, and Propzy, bringing extensive expertise in e-commerce, hotel technology, and market expansion. He is also a pioneer in developing Halal-friendly tourism in Vietnam, certified by JAKIM Malaysia, and actively contributes to building a comprehensive Halal Food & Hospitality ecosystem.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, Mr. Hosen graduated in International Relations from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and remains an active alumnus. He is passionate about sustainable tourism, digital transformation, and inclusive hospitality, advancing Vietnam’s potential in the global tourism market.
