Víctor Ceano Savall was born in Barcelona and comes from a prestigious family with five generations of experience in chocolate and confectionery. His family’s renowned shop, Pastelería Reñé, located in downtown Barcelona, has been a city icon since opening its doors in 1892.
Víctor learned the traditional techniques of confectionery from his grandfather, who perfected the family craft and became a successful entrepreneur. Now based in Da Nang, Víctor continues his grandfather’s legacy by preserving artisanal traditions and quality while combining them with the finest locally grown natural products from across Vietnam.
Founded by Víctor Ceano Savall, SAVALL provides premium sweets and chocolates to leading resorts, luxury brands, restaurants, and international partners. His creations have been developed for prestigious brands including Four Seasons, Regent, Hermès, Dior, and Range Rover.
Víctor is also a Disciple d’Escoffier, a distinguished culinary association that recognizes leading culinary professionals in Vietnam.
Throughout his career, Víctor has had the honor of creating bespoke culinary products for renowned personalities, including Roger Federer, former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, and former Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto.
