Ms. Ha Thi Dieu Vien is currently the General Manager of Silk Sense Hoi An River Resort, a property committed to sustainable tourism and hospitality practices. With over 15 years of experience in hotel management and operations, Ms. Vien is particularly dedicated to integrating environmental, social, and community-focused values into the business development model.
In her leadership role, she has led numerous initiatives to minimize environmental impact, raise internal awareness, and enhance guest experiences through a sustainability lens.
