Mr. La Quoc Khanh currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association (VCCA). With over two decades dedicated to promoting and preserving Vietnamese culinary heritage, he plays a leading role in elevating Vietnam’s cuisine as a national cultural brand. As Director of the national project “Building and Developing Vietnamese Culinary Culture into a National Brand (2022–2024)”, he has spearheaded efforts to develop a comprehensive Vietnamese culinary database, aiming to identify 1,000 signature dishes and create the official Digital Food Map of Vietnam.
Under his leadership, VCCA announced the first 121 representative Vietnamese dishes in 2022—marking a major milestone toward branding Vietnamese cuisine globally. In 2025, he continues to lead the Vietnam’s Foodmap initiative—an ambitious Super App and web platform that connects communities, promotes education, and supports global culinary business.
