Dieter Buchner is the co-founder and retreat leader of Vietnam Detox, the pioneering provider of Buchinger Fasting wellness retreats in Vietnam since 2016. With over 20 years of international experience designing learning and development programs in hospitality and spa operations across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, Dieter brings a unique blend of industry insight and holistic wellness expertise. He is a certified wellness and Buchinger fasting coach (DFA, Germany), recognised for his work adapting evidence-based fasting, movement, and traditional Vietnamese healing practices into transformative guest experiences.
