Mr. Alessio Rasom is Co-founder & Chef of A&U Group, the culinary group behind Si Dining, Cucina Luca, and Gụ Wine Bistro in Da Nang. Born in Italy’s Dolomites, he brings over 20 years of culinary experience, having worked in renowned Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe and Japan, including Mirazur and Le Bristol.  His culinary philosophy blends Italian craftsmanship with seasonal Vietnamese ingredients, helping establish Si Dining as a Michelin-recognized dining destination in Da Nang.
