Dr. Thuc Do

Dr. Thuc Do serves as Vice Dean at Hotel Academy Vietnam – VET by EHL. Academically, she holds a PhD in Tourism Management from the University of Algarve, Portugal, and a Master’s in Hospitality and Tourism from Queen Margaret University (UK). Her primary research interests encompass the sharing economy, customer behavior, sustainable tourism, and word-of-mouth intention. Dr. Do possesses a substantial international background within the education in Hospitality and Tourism industry, having dedicated nearly two decades to study and work across Vietnam, Singapore, and Portugal. Her leadership is further demonstrated by her role as Chair of the International Joint Conference on Hospitality and Tourism 2024, in addition to invitations as a keynote speaker and panelist at esteemed hospitality and tourism conferences.
