Chef Nguyễn Quốc Nghị is a culinary training expert with more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry and professional chef education.

He currently serves as President of the Da Nang Professional Chef Association (DPA), Vice President of the Da Nang Culinary Culture Association (DCCA), Training Director of the Vietnam Culinary Business Training Academy (VCBT), and an International Culinary Judge affiliated with WORLD IAC.

With extensive experience in culinary training, F&B business consulting, and professional activities both nationally and internationally, Chef Nguyễn Quốc Nghị is committed to elevating the value of the culinary profession, nurturing the next generation of chefs, and contributing to the promotion of Vietnamese cuisine to the world.
