Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet is the Runner-up of MasterChef Vietnam 2015 and the owner of Nu Đồ Kitchen in Da Nang. Driven by a passion for her culinary heritage, she focuses on preserving and reinterpreting traditional Vietnamese flavors, particularly through the story of Mi Quang. Through Nu Đồ Kitchen, she promotes the culinary culture of Da Nang and Quang Nam while connecting visitors with local identity through authentic food experiences.
