VinUniversity has announced a scholarship program for master’s students and PhD candidates in strategic fields of science, engineering, and technology. This is a valuable opportunity for candidates who wish to pursue advanced research and develop academic expertise in an international learning environment.
A Program Aligned With Vietnam’s High-Tech Development Vision
The program is implemented under the Government’s project on “Training human resources for high-tech development in the 2025–2030 period, with a vision to 2045.” Key fields include computer science, artificial intelligence, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and materials science.
Attractive Scholarships and Research Grants
Eligible learners can receive both government scholarships under Decree No. 179/2026/ND-CP and scholarships and research grants from VinUni.
For master’s programs, students may receive government support from VND 5.5 million to VND 7.4 million per month. In addition, VinUni offers a 100% tuition scholarship, equivalent to VND 932.4 million per year for 2 years, together with a monthly research grant of VND 20 million.
For PhD programs, candidates may receive a government scholarship of VND 7.4 million per month, a full tuition scholarship from VinUni for 3–4 years, and a monthly research grant of VND 25–30 million.
