Mr. John Gardner is a well-seasoned and passionate 5-star hotelier experienced in general management, cluster management of multiple properties, pre-openings, renovations as well as asset management with a detailed understanding of 4- and 5-star brand standards and operations including marketing and finance.

Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hồng Thắm is currently the Head of Travel Management Division under the Da Nang Department of Tourism.

With many years of experience in the tourism and travel industry, she is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of travel businesses in the city, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and improving service quality.

Ms. Thắm has made significant contributions to the development of policies and strategies for tourism growth, helping Da Nang become one of Vietnam’s top destinations.

With her deep industry knowledge and effective management skills, she plays a vital role in promoting the sustainable development of Da Nang’s tourism sector while enhancing the experience of visitors to the city.

Ms. Phương is a dedicated professional who specializes in business consultancy including business models, feasibility research and analysis, and M&A. She therefore is deeply familiar with the status of Central Vietnams Hotel and Tourism Industry.

Currently, she leads IBH Solutions – Center for Evaluation and Hospitality Solutions, Phú Long. Aside from also leading the Tourism Faculty of Dong Nam A College, HCMC, Ms. Phuong serves many industry programs as a host and workshop facilitator.
