Born in Vietnam and raised in France, Chef An brings a unique fusion of Vietnamese, French, and Chinese culinary traditions, creating sophisticated cuisine rich in cultural depth.
Chef An gained experience working at luxury resorts across Asia before returning to Vietnam to open The Temptation in 2018. The restaurant serves as his creative canvas, combining distinctive flavors, refined techniques, and cultural depth to deliver a fine dining experience that engages both the palate and the soul.
