Session by Mr. Tran Xuan Moi – Strategic Consulting and Innovation Expert
HorecFex Vietnam 2025 is honored to welcome Mr. Tran Xuan Moi – Founder & CEO of ATM Consultancy & Management Co., Ltd, as well as a senior consultant specializing in innovation, strategic management, tourism, and entrepreneurship. With over 15 years of experience, he has led hundreds of consulting projects in hotel and travel investment, operations, and tourism vocational training across Vietnam and the ASEAN region.
He served as a national expert in the development of the Vietnam Tourism Recovery Master Plan 2022–2026, funded by the European Union, and as an advisor to business development programs sponsored by the Ministry of Planning & Investment, JICA (Japan), the EU, and Switzerland.
Mr. Tran Xuan Moi has also been a member of the selection panel for Shark Tank Vietnam (2019, 2023, 2024) and a speaker at international forums such as APEC 2017, Techfest, and the Startup Talk Show on VTV8. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at IBSS (Denmark), and is the author of multiple books on hotel investment and business leadership, while teaching at leading institutions including FPT University, University of Economics – Da Nang, and VATEL France.
