Mr. Tran Xuan Moi

Tran Xuan Moi is the Founder & CEO of ATM Consultancy & Management Co., Ltd, as well as a senior consultant in innovation, strategic management, tourism, and entrepreneurship. With over 15 years of experience, he has led hundreds of consulting projects in hotel and travel investment, operations, and tourism vocational training across Vietnam and the ASEAN region.

He served as a national expert in developing Vietnam’s Tourism Recovery Master Plan 2022–2026 funded by the European Union, and is an advisor to enterprise development programs run by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, JICA (Japan), and EU- and Swiss-funded initiatives.

Mr. Moi is a member of the selection board for Shark Tank Vietnam (2019, 2023, 2024) and a frequent speaker at international forums such as APEC 2017, Techfest, and VTV8’s Startup Talk Show. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at IBSS (Denmark), and is the author of several books on hotel investment and sales leadership. He also lectures at respected institutions such as FPT University, University of Economics – Danang, and VATEL France.
