HorecFex Vietnam 2025 is honored to welcome Dr. Nguyen Cong Minh – Vietnam’s National Representative to APacCHRIE and Director of the Postgraduate Program at Duy Tan University, as well as Vice President of the Da Nang Culinary & Cultural Association (DCCA). With extensive experience in academic management and program development, he has fostered collaborations with industry partners, creating opportunities for internships, career fairs, and professional development for students.
Dr. Nguyen holds a PhD in Hotel and Tourism Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and specializes in culinary tourism, tourist behavior, AI applications in hospitality, and sustainable tourism development.
