Alice Swe is based in Singapore and serves as Sales Manager at STR, a CoStar Group company [NASDAQ: CSGP]. STR is the leading source of providing market data on hotel performance, tracking historical and forward-looking supply, demand, and financial metrics to deliver valuable market share analysis to hospitality and investment stakeholders worldwide.
With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Alice has held roles across client operations, business development and sales. She works closely with global and regional hotel groups to expand CoStar Group’s presence in South Asia and Southeast Asia.
Alice holds a qualification in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Nanyang Institute of Management in Singapore, and a certification in Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
