He spent 5 years managing purchasing, sourcing, and supermarket operations at Big C Vietnam (France), followed by 2 years managing purchasing at Phuong Nam Bookstore and 4 years in commercial management at Vien Thong A, a technology retail chain.

He then gained 4 years of experience managing mobile phone distribution and 9 years managing purchasing at Emart Vietnam (South Korea).

Since 2025, Mr. Do Minh Thai has served as Supply Chain Manager at Menas, continuing to apply his extensive expertise in purchasing management and supply chain operations.
