Mr. Bobby Nguyen (Nguyen Ngoc Bich) is Innovation & Destination Manager of the ST4SD – Swiss Tourism for Sustainable Development in Vietnam project and Founder of Rustic Hospitality Group. He brings extensive experience in community-based tourism, rural tourism, and sustainable destination development, with a strong focus on local identity and community empowerment. He contributed to the development of Tra Que Vegetable Village, recognized as a UN Tourism “Best Tourism Village 2024,” and continues to advance tourism models that strengthen livelihoods, preserve culture, and build resilient communities.
