Nguyễn Hà Linh is a multi-industry entrepreneur, content creator, and KOL known for inspiring others through her insights on entrepreneurship, lifestyle, and real estate investment.
She began her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19 by founding IBEST, an English language center specializing in IELTS preparation, which quickly attracted hundreds of students from its earliest classes.
At 24, Hà Linh became one of the first franchise investors in Cộng Cà Phê, when the chain had only two outlets in Hanoi. Within two years, she expanded to four locations and then ventured into Thai cuisine with the Koh Samui dessert chain (six outlets), which later evolved into the Koh Yam restaurant brand—now operating 12 branches in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Beyond F&B, Hà Linh also explored Airbnb hosting starting from her own apartment, and went on to develop an in-depth training course on homestay/Airbnb operations for the wider community.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she co-founded Nghiện Nhà (“Home Addicts”), which has since become Vietnam’s largest Facebook group focused on home spaces, architecture, and real estate investment, with over 2.6 million members.
In 2023, Hà Linh further expanded her F&B ventures by launching the Sichuan restaurant brand Hảo La, which now has two locations in Hanoi.
