Born and raised in a winemaker family, I became a food and beverage enthusiast from my youngest age. I lived in three different continents studyding and working from wineries in production and administration, to distribution with importers, wholesalers and businesses to consumers. It allowed me to have a wide vision of the wine industry and be able to identify the tendencies and problematics of it. Today in Vietnam, I’m an actor of the growth for this very highly cultural product through Celliers d’Asie distribution responsabilities and Caliz wine bar foundation in Da Nang.
