Ms. Irene Oehler

Ms. Irene Oehler is the founder of LightPath Leadership, a transformational leadership development organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering women through coaching, storytelling, and purpose-driven programs. Based in Vietnam for many years, she is widely recognized for her heartfelt approach to leadership and is the co-author of “Con gái Bà Triệu thế kỷ 21 (Ba Trieu’s 21st Century Daughters)” – a celebrated book profiling 20 remarkable Vietnamese women.
