Ms. Do Thi Huyen

Huyen is the Chairperson of the Hanoi Association of Persons with Disabilities (DP Hanoi), representing nearly 18,000 registered members with disabilities. With more than 20 years of experience in consultancy, research, and policy advocacy, she has been actively promoting the rights, inclusion, and empowerment of persons with disabilities in Vietnam and the region. She also leads EQUA, a consultancy firm focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, helping organizations create more inclusive environments where persons with disabilities can fully contribute their abilities.
