Mr. Tran Manh Huy

Mr. Trần Mạnh Huy, Associate Professor, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of the Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA). He is also the Deputy Director of the Institute of Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (ABAII) and Head of VBA’s representative office in Da Nang.

With over 20 years of experience in technology and education, he co-founded and leads Rainscales, a tech company focused on applying AI and blockchain solutions. Under his leadership, the company developed eMagicEyes, an AI-powered platform that integrates computer vision and motion analysis to enhance safety and efficiency in healthcare.

Dr. Huy is an active speaker at conferences and public forums, where he shares insights on the intersection of blockchain and AI. He strongly advocates for ethical and responsible implementation of emerging technologies, especially in critical sectors such as healthcare and finance.

Through his leadership at VBA and ABAII, Mr. Trần Mạnh Huy plays a key role in shaping Vietnam’s AI and blockchain landscape, promoting innovation, ethical standards, and global engagement.
