Mr. Pham Minh Chi

Mr. Phạm Minh Chí currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Vietnam Food & Beverage Service Company (VFBS), a member of the Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG). VFBS operates and manages international F&B franchise brands in Vietnam, including Domino’s Pizza, Burger King, and Popeyes.

With over 17 years of experience in F&B operations and management, Mr. Chi has been a prominent voice in the industry. He has shared valuable insights at events such as the workshop “Future Directions in F&B” at Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, where he inspired over 400 students by discussing both the opportunities and challenges within the sector.

At VFBS, he is responsible for streamlining operations, ensuring quality control, and leading the expansion of restaurant chains across Vietnam. His leadership is defined by a strong balance between operational efficiency and strategic market growth.

Mr. Chi also plays a key role in talent development, actively mentoring young professionals and helping shape the next generation of F&B leaders in Vietnam.
