Mr. Pham Duy Hieu

Mr. Pham Duy Hieu is an experienced banking executive, leadership expert, and professional coach with more than 20 years in Vietnam’s finance and banking sector, having served as CEO of VietABank and ABBank. Alongside his senior management career, he actively contributes to Vietnam’s startup ecosystem and the development of young entrepreneurs as Chairman of the Management Board of Startup Vietnam Foundation. Having trained and inspired more than 10,000 people, he has received notable recognition, including the 2014 Red Star Award and a place among the Top 100 Innovators at VGIC 2025.
