Master Pham Ba Hung is currently the Principal of Hue Tourism College, with over 25 years of experience in vocational education, particularly in training human resources for the tourism sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Educational Management and has led and participated in numerous ministerial-level scientific research projects related to sustainable tourism development, the establishment of national occupational skill standards, and the development of training programs aligned with ASEAN and Australian competency frameworks.
With an innovative mindset and practical orientation, Mr. Hung has successfully directed Hue Tourism College in implementing effective training models that closely link with enterprises, focus on developing learner competencies, promote international cooperation, and advance digital transformation in vocational education. He is recognized as one of pioneers in developing adaptive training solutions that meet the demands of integration and sustainable development in the tourism industry, making a significant contribution to improving the quality of human resources in Central Vietnam and the country as a whole.
