Nguyen Tien Huy is the Founder and CEO of Pencil Group — an integrated creative and communication ecosystem in Vietnam with over 99 multidisciplinary team members spanning strategy, art, and technology. Prior to founding Pencil, he held senior roles such as Chief Digital Officer at OgilvyOne and Strategy Director at Who Digital, bringing nearly two decades of experience in digital marketing and strategic consulting.
Guided by the philosophy of “storyliving” — turning brand stories into real-life experiences — Huy has led Pencil to become a pioneer in connecting brands with consumers through cultural insights and emotional resonance. Beyond his executive role, he is also the author of two notable books: Gen Z: Understanding the “Virtual” Generation (2019) and Digital Marketing: Strategy is Knowing What Not to Do (2022).
