With over a decade of hands-on management experience across restaurants, events, kitchens, and front office operations, Jean-Baptiste brings deep operational expertise to hospitality projects. A graduate of EHL Hospitality Business School, formerly known as Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, he is fluent in French, German, and English, with working proficiency in Mandarin. Passionate about travel and culinary discovery, he’s also an avid snowboarder.
