Hosen You Sof – Tuan Anh is a seasoned hospitality strategist with over 15 years of executive experience across Southeast Asia. Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Rovi Travel and Executive Committee Board – Restaurant Association Vietnam, he has successfully led multi-market sales teams and scaled revenues from 10 billion to over 160 billion VND. His diverse career spans leadership roles at Expedia, FastBooking, DiHotel PMS, BedLinker, and Propzy, blending deep expertise in e-commerce, hotel tech, and market development.
Hosen is also a pioneer in Halal-friendly tourism development in Vietnam, certified by JAKIM Malaysia, and a key advocate for building a Halal-compatible F&B and hospitality ecosystem. With a strong network of 13,000+ LinkedIn connections, he actively bridges innovation and business collaboration in the travel-tech and hospitality sectors.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, he holds a degree in International Relations from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), where he remains an active alumnus.
