With over 20 years of experience in international economic cooperation, Huy has led initiatives that promote competitiveness, innovation, and inclusive growth.
He currently oversees programs that integrate Swiss expertise and values such as quality, innovation, sustainability, and public-private dialogue into Vietnam’s service sectors, with a particular focus on sustainable tourism and executive hospitality education. He is a strong advocate for investing in human capital as a foundation for service excellence and long-term competitiveness.
Huy holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from ESCP Business School in Paris and has a solid background in economics and international trade. His work bridges policy and practice, offering valuable insights into how Swiss-Vietnamese cooperation can support Vietnam’s transition toward a more resilient, high-quality, and sustainable service economy.
