Mr. Bùi Trung Thành is the Regional Consulting Director at Base Technology Platform, where he leads digital transformation initiatives and enterprise management solutions (SaaS) for hundreds of businesses across Southeast Asia.

With over five years of hands-on experience in consulting and enterprise operations, he has directly supported more than 1,000 organizations in industries such as telecommunications, manufacturing, FMCG, and services—helping them optimize HR, internal processes, and organizational development.

At Base, he leads the regional consulting team (CO team), known for its deep product knowledge and ability to unlock the full potential of digital management tools.
