HorecFex Vietnam 2025 is honored to welcome Ms. Vo Ngoc Diep – Head of Accommodation Management at the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism. With over 20 years of experience in public sector tourism management, she has advised and implemented numerous initiatives to enhance the quality of accommodation facilities, travel agencies, and to align services with emerging trends such as medical tourism, culinary tourism, and innovative incentive campaigns.
She pioneered collaboration programs between accommodation providers, airlines, travel companies, and online platforms, notably the combined flight-and-stay “Night Flight” promotion offering discounts on rooms and travel services, which successfully attracts tourists to Ho Chi Minh City, especially during off-peak seasons.
With an innovative mindset, Ms. Diep has integrated accommodation service development with modern and sustainable tourism trends, establishing herself as a dynamic and creative public manager, significantly contributing to the development of Ho Chi Minh City’s tourism industry.
